Community Hertsmere’s vision is to focus on improving the capacity and skills of the Hertsmere community in such a way that it is better able to identify and help meet its needs and participate more fully in society. We provide services and support to address poverty, training & development needs, improve health and wellbeing, developing the physical and social environment. Community Hertsmere concentrates on developing its excellent reputation for identifying community issues/needs and works with partners to develop healthy and thriving communities. Therefore we have summarised this vision as:
