Planning Application – Land South of Shenley Hill

Application Number – 24/1211/OUT

Description: Outline permission (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for the erection of up to 195 new homes (50% affordable), safeguarded land for the expansion of Newberries Primary School and provision of a new medical centre, along with associated access, landscaping and parking.

The above planning application is due to be determined at the meeting of the Hertsmere Planning Committee to be held on 18 September 2025 at the Civic Offices. The meeting will start at 6.00pm.

The Council allows some representation to be made in person to the Committee on any application due to be considered. I enclose a leaflet that explains what you need to do if you wish to speak at the meeting.
