Part Time Admin Officer

Job Summary

Aldenham Parish Council  REQUIRES A PART TIME ADMIN OFFICER 

Duties to include;

  • To deal with the members of the public in a courteous and friendly manner, directing them to the relevant authority when required.
  • To coordinate and monitor Council’s social media platforms, website and other communication channels
  • To liaise with the Open Spaces Team of the Council ensuring that the open spaces owned by the Council are well maintained.
  • To engage with contractors working on Council land.
  • To be a team player working with other members of the office staff.
  • General office and reception duties.
  • To maintain trees and allotments database to keep record up to date and to liaise with the plotholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Salary NJC SC pt 15 = £15,906.08 per annum for a 25hour contract
Hours of work will be 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.
